• Coordination of corporate and non-corporate projects, in all sectors
• Secretarial and administrative support
• Leisure concierge-type services i.e. holiday planning, organizing social events, school sourcing etc.
Following the instructions of our clients, we initiate, plan, coordinate, monitor and close the work of a team, to achieve client specific objectives and criteria within a specified time period. Depending on the location and type of project, we work (at the behest of the client) with the client's professional advisers (trustees, lawyers, accountants, tax consultants, asset managers and bankers) in order to facilitate the proper procedure of any project, coordinating the process between the different professionals involved.
It's simple: our CEO has over thirty years of experience working with businesses and HNWI in Eastern Europe and all that knowledge is brought to our small, dedicated team, who has worked together for well over 11 years. Though we have added staff to help with growing demand, we have not yet lost one team member! The reason could be the constant opportunity we offer our staff to be able to evolve with their studies, sharpen their skills, or simply to follow their areas of interest.
